Can Fibroids Cause Fertility Problems?

Hi, I am 40 years of age and just got married 4 months ago. My period is regular but I have not been able to conceive ( I know it s kind of to early to worry) but because of my age, I went to the hospital for check up. There I was told that I have fibroids. One is 3cm, and another is 5cm and the biggest is 6.8cm. I am so scared and not sure of what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, for the pregnancy presence of ovum and sperm are necessary at the time of conception with right hormones without these conception may not be possible go and look for these till then keep trying for pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
