Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. The symptoms you mention in query such as terrible dizziness which can occur due to various reasons like alteration in blood pressure in vessels near ear , stress and anxiety , inner ear infection and fluid accumulation in ear. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order certain test liek CT scan , hearing test , blood test , rotatory chair test and positional test. If there is infection of middle ear or sinusitis then doctor may prescribe antibiotics. For now avoid loud sound , exercise for half an hour daily (light walk) , reduce intake of tea and coffee and try to keep stress level low.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
