Can Fluids Increase The Level Of Haemoglobin?

i recently had a hemoglobin of 9.3 . I received 1 liter of fluids for dehydration. this blood was done prior to fluid infusion. 48 hours later i received my fluids first and then they drew another hemoglobin level. It came back as 11.7 can the fluids increase the level

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. But fluid infusion can not increase the hemoglobin level. There must be some other reason for your hemoglobin rise.
