Can Folic Acid Tablets Be Started While Trying To Get Pregnant?
hello...i want to achieve a pregnancy...i m 21 years old.my husband lives out of country...he is comeing back in next month....now.can i start to take a tablets of follic acid 5mg. i spent just 1 week with my husband and then he go back....and now after 6 month he is coming back....i m getting married in 24,09,2010

Actually folic acid taken 3 months before conception hrlps in building good health of the couple as well as prevents fetal anomolies .So you both should have it according to your plans for conception.
Another thing I would like to suggest is.. he should visit around the date of ovulation ..(. which can be determined after observation for few months.) Mostly it is about 14 days prior to expected date of menstruation.
