General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be due to infection/inflammation causing damage to hair root. It can be Tinea capitis, live infestation, fungal or bacterial infection.

Proper diagnosis & sufficiently long treatment is essential for cure.

Non-tolerance to medication can be overcoming accompanying antacids,(Ranitidin), Probiotics (lactobacillus supplements). Have sufficient & non-spicy food before medication. Consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
