Can Folvite Be Taken For Conceiving With History Of PCOD?

hello doc,
i am having pcod from last 8 yrs i have 5 yrs son , before my pregnancy i was on metformin 500mg 4 tablets daily for atleast 1.5 yrs then my doc suggested metformin +folvite 5mg and i concieved in 2months now i am planning to conceive again , i have gained lot of weight, can i take folvite only to conceive. I m also suffering from mood swings and somtimes depression

Welcome to HCM.
Folvite is not for conception. Its just a prenatal supplement to avoid neural tube defects in baby. You need proper treatment in the form of ovulation induction medicines (if not having regular cycles) for conception. Kindly consult infertility specialist for the same.
