Can Food Allergies Cause Fever, Dizziness And Headaches?

Hello, I have been noticing that I am having really bad reactions to certain foods, such as strawberries, pineapples, grapes, and chocolate. After some research I did, I decided that I have a strong sensitivity to acidic foods. However, I recently ate a banana, which is not acidic, and it burned my throat. My bad reaction consists of fever, ulcers on my throat, and dizziness with headaches. I then assumed it might be a naturally occurring acid that I m having problems with. Today I had some meat that was frozen in a package. This severely burned my throat. I asked around and what I m reacting to could potentially be the acid they use as preservatives. I now have no idea what it is I am having reactions to. Do you have any suggestions as to what my problem is or who I could see to determine what I m reacting to?
