Can Foreskin Be Removed Surgically,and Will It Cause Pain?

I have a short fernulum, when I have an erection the skin will not roll back by itself, will not stay back when I move it back and hurts when i roll it back, also hurts when i put on a condom and hurts so bad when i tried to have sex i lost my erection. Can it be totally removed ? I do not want a scar. Will there be any pain ? thank you

Yes. you can have a circumcision performed which will remove the skin without a major scar.
