Can Foul Smelling, Itchy White Vaginal Discharge Indicate An Infection?

HI my names Olivia and I am only 15, I have been having problems with a discharge down there for about almost 2 years now and my doctor already tried to give me a couple of things to stop it like pills and such and they seem not to be working. But I m starting to think it s a infection and not a discharge and this is why I think it is.... down there It s starting to smell and itch. Now I don t really know how to explain the stuff that comes out... its like white mucus. Also I m worried about if this will affect me having.. sex. I don t plan to anytime soon but I am worried I won t be able to in the future Please help!
