Can Fracture In Neck Of Femur Be Fully Recovered?

Hi, I am Sarwar, 39 years old & live in Dhaka. I was fallen an road accident in Dhaka in the 12th December, 2009 and therefore my neck of femur was fractured. Doctor made a surgery on 13-12-2009 and attached 3 hip screw to join the neck of the femur. But I am not fully satisfied & I have decided to go to madras for better treatment. Would you kindly tell me in which hospital I may go. Is there any specialist doctors in M N Orthopaedic hospital? Is it possible for full recovery without any artificial transplant of neck of femur?
