Can Frequent And Irregular Period Cause Miscarriage?

I have had my period for about four weeks now I m on the rod my period stopped for about four days then when I woke up this morning I was covered in blood from my period, I am having bad cramps in my stomache my friends say I have a uti but then others are saying I m having a miscarriage help please

Frequent and irregular periods cant cause miscarriage, you did not had miscarriage this morning .You have dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Treatment is tabmedroxyprogesterone acetate 10 mg daily for 10 days.Repeat on 2 to 3 consecutive cycles..
