Can Frozen Shoulder Condition Recur After Corrective Surgery?

in 2005 i had frozen shoulder i had surgary to move the arm in 2006 since then i,ve had a dropped shoulder however over the last few days i,ve been in alot of pain with very little movement in it do u think it could have frozen again it just never really got better
