Can Full Term Baby Grow Within Seven Months After Conception?
doc. is it at all possible for a baby to full term 7 months after conception? my ex-girlfriend just gave birth to a full term baby and she claims that it;s mine when we only had sex 7 months ago.. She says it s the last menstrual period that counts. i really need professional help

No it is not possible for human being to have full term baby in 7 month of gestation.
Either the baby is pre term or she was already pregnant when you had the relation.
It will be useful to correlate with her USG report and calculate whether baby is full term or not.
But it is not possible what you are asking.
