General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it can't be diagnosed with a blood test. It can be suspected by clinical status and history of the disease and confirmed by sputum culture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
