Can Gallbladder And Appendix Operation Cause Irregularity In Periods?

hi Sir/Ma'm i am 31 years old and i have a menstruation problem.Actually my periods was started on 8 april but not ended yet.I faced such type of problem last month also but in last month it was ended within a 20 days but in this month it is still going on.I am taking ferrous gluconate 27 mg twice a day from last Sunday and one thing is important with me that i was operated and drawn out my gallbladder and appendix when i was 18 years old.Do you think that this things also affect my monthly periods problem?
