Can Gallbladder Or A Heart Block Cause Chest Discomfort With Mild Spasms?

Hi; i am scheduled for a stress test on 7/11 by my cardiologist after my ekg and echo were deemed ok, as i had a aortic heart valve replaced about 8 yrs.ago with a bovine valve. for ther last six weeks i have had chest discomfort around the area of my breastbone incision, and have had some previous gall bladder tests years ago when i would have similar symtoms, but not as long in duratuion as recently. sometimes my current symptoms are relived by antacids. can heart blockage be a possibility, lasting for weeks with these mild, spasms ; or possibly a gallbladder attack ?. i am 71 years old, and diabetic . my blood pressure and glucose readings are in line. would just like an educated opinion at this point. thanks

Hi welcome to HCM
Chest discomfort should not be neglected unless proven..Coronary angiogram confirms the size and extent of blocks.so discuss with your cardiologist regarding this.Drugs like anti hypertensives and anti platelets once diagnosis is confirmed.thankyou
