Can Gastric Problem Raise BP?

Can gastric problems raise the blood pressure?

i had gastric problem in 2007, now its back again and my blood preasure shootup 160/100, now on my preasure pills (Avevasc 5mg) and my colestrol is 6.8 and i am on liptor 20mg for the colestrol, after takeing the pills i offten have blood preasure my heart beat is fast about 85-90 after i eat or some times on empty stomach, is this because of gastrict?

Gastritis can not increase blood pressure. A normal heart rate is between 60-100 bpm, your heartbeat is normal.Your cholesterol level is slight high. A high cholesterol value increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. I advise you continue the Lipitor and Avevasc as prescribed by your physician. Best regards
