Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. If your daughter has a complete abdomen scan including the pelvis, the state of the pelvic organs also should be known. Infections can often delay the menstrual cycle. If she had an endoscopy only, please ask your doctor for a sonogram of the pelvis also. Treatment for gastritis should be continued along with diet management. The nausea and vomiting can occur with gastritis also. If you suspect pregnancy, please get a confirmation/exclusion first before any medical treatment is started. Hope you find this information helpful.
