Can Generic Phenergan Be Taken Along With Generic Prozac And Verapamil?

I use the generic of prozac and verapamil each day and to sleep the generic of phenargan. Is there any interaction With these medications? I ve had five surgeries on my back this year and sometimes is hard to sleep. Last night I had to take two generic phenenrgan to finally get to sleep . Thanks

I understand your concern.
Phenargan contains 'promethazine'.
Interaction with Phenargan with Verapamil seems to be moderate. Promethazine and verapamil may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. Hence, you may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Prozac contains 'fluoxetine'.
Interactions between Prozac and Phenergan is also found to be moderate.
Fluoxetine can increase the blood levels and effects of promethazine. Hence, you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring with use of both medications.
