Can Genital Warts Be Left Untreated?

I was diagnosed of genital warts and my test results are:Pus cells-3HPF,RBC-0HPF,Epith cells-12HPF,Yeast cells-none,T.Vaginalis-None,Bacteria -none. Am I safe if I don t treat the genital warts because it s just 4 growth at my perinatal area. I don t have money to do the treatment.

In this time you can be contagions and can transmit it to your partner.
