I seem to be allergic or insensitive to wheat (not gluten), but my symptoms are not typical of gluten allergy or intolerance. It's been a lifelong condition, so I suspect it is genetic. The main sympton is extreme fatigue within ten to thirty minutes, and up to three days of 'hangover' feeling afterwards. Until I became aware of the problem, I used to sleep up to 11 to 12 hours a night, and I struggled with concentration, energy levels and mood swings. I went off wheat almost ten years ago, and haven't looked back since, but I can't seem to match up my symptoms. Diarrhoea is part of it, but not to the extreme described. 44, 1.6, 90kg, generally healthy
