Can Gum Disease Cause Yellowish Saliva?

Can gum disease cause yellowish saliva , some times with drop of blood so little its like a dot , its only happens after sleeping , and i dont get bloody while brushing but only when flossing , i also drool , and have a bad taste in my mouth after sleeping , what can i do

Hi,
Gum disease can cause yellowish saliva. you need to consult with your dentist or send me the picture of your oral cavity for better diagnosis.
I advised to start Stolin gum paint and Tantum mouth wash .
