Can Gynera Be Taken For Irregular Menstrual Periods?

I have irregular menstruation. My last period was last week of december 2013 or first week of january 2014 i think. I am planning to take Gynera again to regulate my menstruation..is it possible? My doctor before also recommended me to take gynera to regulate my menstruation. I have polysystic ovary. Thank you
