Can Half Tablet Dolo And Meftal P Syrup Be Given Togetherto A Child For Fever For 2 Days?

Hi sir my son is suffering from fiver since two days. Local doctor gave him half of dolo650 in regular intervals of 4 hrs his weight is 33kg. Still fiver is not control it is not below base line even after 2 hrs. We consult a peditrician he gave same medicine along with meftal p syrup to take 6 ml with dolo half of 650 mg. Can we take it together.
