Hello doctor,i am a 27yr old lady.my right hand is fully burnt by fire.after the healing of wound my whole hand has developed dark and hard growth.it is very itchy and sometimes painful.what is the best treatment i can have and where?can u also suggest of hospitals where treatment can be done at less cost
