Can Hand Trauma With A Spot, Soreness, Swelling And Blister Be Treated?

I was using a pen to stab through shipping tape and open a package. my hand was in the way and i stabbed my hand by accident. Although its a very small spot and was sore yesterday (the day that I did it) it is swollen, sore and has a little blister on top of it. Home remedy?
