Can Having Biologically Related Parents Lead To Undeveloped Growth Of Breasts?

hi, im 19 and i need to know if there's a reason im not fully developed yet.. i mean my mom and dad are blood related and could this be the reason i did not grow breasts? is there anything i can do about it?? please please help. and in case you need to know my mom and her mom are perfect.. so it is not heriditary.

Thanks for posting your query at HealthCareMagic. You have not indicated whether you are menstruating properly and if so what was the age of its onset. It would have been appreciable if the stage of secondary sexual characteristics like pubic hair could be mentioned. Furthermore, do you mean that the breasts are not at all developed or are they not adequately developed? If you are menstruating properly and if the secondary sexual characteristics are also ok, chances are that the breast development is just a genetic trait. It is not related to your mom and dad being blood relatives. If you are not menstruating yet, you would need chromosomal analysis to rule out a condition called Turner's syndrome.
