Can Having Classic Symptoms Of Pregnancy Confirm Pregnancy?

Hi, I have a question of possible pregnancy. My last two periods (1st day of last) are as followed April, 16, 2014 and may 19, 2014. My schedule is usually a 28 day cycle, making my last period 5 days late. I am experiencing servere breast tenderness/soreness and minor stomach cramping/bloating. (White creamy mucus/mild discharge.) I have noticed an increase in urination but it could just be me over thinking but the breast tenderness is unbearable. Also experiencing uncomfortabilty sleeping. My question is could I be pregnant?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes, it can be pregnancy ( similar symptoms are seen ).
2.Confirm with a Home urine pregnancy test.
3.Visit you doctor if the symptoms still persists of a PV examination, and may order for a ultrasound test.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
