Can Having Oral Sex Cause HIV?

hi doctor i had sex wit my frend, though i never allowed him to hav intercourse,, but v did oral sex,, now i red that semen can also cause AIDS. how do i come out of this fear, is there any timegap to undergo any test ,,plz suggest any way to get rid of this fear,

I am writing in detail about oral sex , so that you will understand in better way.
Oral sex is a much less efficient mod of transmission of HIV infection.
A number of studies have reported that the incidence of transmission of infection by oral sex among couples discordant for HIV is extremely low;indeed one study reported no cases among 239 men whose only risk was receptive oral intercourse where 28 % knew that their partner was HIV-infected .
However , there are many more cases that go unreported because of the frequent practice of both oral sex receptive by same person . Therefore , the assumption that oral sex is completely safe is not warranted.
In my opinion get rid of this fear as there is much less chance of getting infection by you.
At least 2 weeks time period is necessary for p24 nucleic acid amplification test .
So if you have any doubt please get in test.
But in my opinion you are not an HIV infection patient .
