Hi, Sas,

I have understood your apprehension.

If the pregnancy is normal sexual intercourse is not forbidden during pregnancy. However, usually we advice to refrain from the intercourse during first three months. After that, intercourse can be performed. During intercourse please take care not to get penis deeply inserted inside the vagina. To avoid deep insertion, the positional change does help - man below and woman above can help woman to control the insertion. Even coitus in side positions does not allow full insertion. Like this you can enjoy sexual relations up to 7 months. After that, physically it becomes cumbersome to perform the act and also there is risk of pressure on the pregnant uterus.

In the food, please include plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, legumes & pulses, bean sprouts in your diet. Consume at least a cup of milk in the morning and a cup in the night before going to bed. Good amount of proteins and carbohydrates will help increase the weight of the baby.

I hope you have got the required information and are happy about it.
