Can Having Umbilical Hernia Cause Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi I hope you can help. I have an umbilical hernia after carrying twins. I am waiting to see a specialist for surgery but in the meantime I am getting more and more dizzy and nauseous daily. Can this be a result of the hernia? I have two actually, I think one below and one above the navel.

I really appreciate your concern such symptoms of dizzy and sick feel may not be due to umbilical hernia but this could be nonspecific and even not due to any other disease and stop worrying about this, hope this information helps, take care.
