Can Having Unprotected Sex Between The Time Of First And Second Dose Of Postinor 2 Cause Pregnancy?

Im a new bride whos had sex for the first time. I took postinor 2 bcos i dont wanr to get pregnant. My 2nd dose will be at 1am gmt. Just wanted to know if between the 1st and 2nd doses i can have unprotected intercourse.
Also, ive heard about the contraceptive i can insert before sex, but i want to know how that works and how many times one can have intercourse after inserting it. Again, will that work while taking postinor 2, or must i take the last pill before any intercourse?
