Hello and welcome to HCM,
The chances of conception are maximum from 10th day of the menstrual cycle to 18th day of cycle.
If a female is on oral contraceptive pills, the chances of pregnancy are negligible.
However, there are certain antibiotics that interfere with the action of oral contraceptives and make them ineffective.
Thus, the antibiotic taken by your partner can interfere with oral contraceptive pills.
However, the chances of pregnancy are low on day 5 of the cycle.
Thus, to summarize the chances of pregnancy are very low.

Thanks and take care
