Can Having Unprotected Sex While On TriNessa Cause Pregnancy?
I am on trinessa. I took my 21 active pills and my period usually comes during the 3rd placebo pill. My period is always normal on the pill and I am good about taking it. I had a sexual encounter the day before my period was due. There was unprotected penetration but no type of ejaculation. My period still came but blood was very dark first day which has happened before on Trinessa and usually ends up normal during 2nd and 3rd day of period when it does happen. Should I still get emergency contraception?

you are using contraceptive pills so there are very less chances of getting pregnant.there is no chances of pregnancy if the flow of blood during period is normal in amount and duration. if only spotting is present then also you need to go for evaluation.
