Can Head Trauma Caused By An Accident Cause Nosebleeds?

I was in a minor car accident about a month or so ago. I ran into a ditch and my head slammed against my window. I suffer from really bad migraines, but for about a week or so after I got really bad headaches on the side of my head I hit. I ve had a bunch of concussions due to my sport of barrel racing, and this one was by far not the worst so I didn t go to the doctor. Now I ve started having nosebleeds off and on. I was wondering if there was any way the two could be connected?

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
Anterior cranial fossa(Frontal part above the nose) fractures can cause Cerebro spinal fluid leakage and sometimes bleeding.
Most common cause of bleeding from nose is nose picking and dryness.
So, as you have a history of head injury(you have not mentioned when) and head ache it is better to visit a doctor and get investigated for possible head injury as the cause of nasal bleeding.
All the best.
