Can Headache And Neck Pain Despite Undergoing Myoepithelioma Removal Surgery Be Serious?

hi i am 22 years old and was operated recently as i was having node on face near ear which was myoepthelioma as per fnac report boypsy test was also done which was same and as per doc everything is norma n not worry as biopsy was ok but after surgry i am still scare as i am having neck pain cont and feel lit headace i also have ear surgry in coming months as the whole process start from there.is anything wrong with me.
