Can Headache And Nose Bleed Cause Delayed Period?

I have a slight headache in the back of my head, and I woke up this morning with a bloody nose and now I have pressure at the bridge of my nose that is making the front of my head hurt. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I am almost 3 weeks late with my period.
