Can Headache, Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And White Milky Discharge Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

hey, i want to know if the following symptoms mean i need to take a preggo test. headache, earache, dizziness/lightheaded/blurred vision, extreme fatigue, sometime shortness of breath, chronic constipation, white milky discharge when having sex, hand and feet are always cold and/or sweaty, hot flashes, day one of missed period but these symptoms have been going on for over a week now, just stronger at this day and time. also i can smell an unlit cigar from across the room among tons of other things i usually couldnt smell so distinctly, and very tender nipple/aereolas
