Hello dear
Understand your concern
As you had protected intercourse, chance to become pregnant is less. If period is delayed by 10-12 days, you should go for pregnancy test (UPT/blood HCG/USG scan) for safer practice. No period and tender breast are symptoms of pregnancy. If pregnancy will not detected other causes like hormone imbalance should be rule out.
It may be due to premenstrual symptoms in absence of pregnancy
Hope this may help you
Best regards
