Can Heart Medication And Vitamin B Complex Be Taken Together?

I am on heart medication and meds for COPD and was wondering if there would be any interaction I need to watch for with Vitamin B Complex if I were to start taking it. I have been using Centrum for Seniors which has a lot of vitamin B in it but stopped after I had some surgery. Thank You.
