Can Heart With 3 Chambers In Foetus Be Treated Before Child Birth?

My daighter is appx 20 weeks pregnant. She was told at her last exam that the baby appeared to have only 3 heart chambers. She is making an appt with a specialist to further check this out. If the echocardiogram is done on the baby and it has only the 3 chambers can anything be done prior to the birth/in vetro or will procedure(s) have to wait until the baby is born. thanks Debb
