Can Heavy Bleeding With Big Clots During Pregnancy Indicate Miscarriage?

I had a cycle in March that lasted five days it was very lite pink. So I took a home pt it was positive but the lines were very faint so in April I started bleeding lite again and it was lite lasted maybe three days stopped than started back it was lite pink the the brown came than orange now it bright red and heavy lots of big blood clots am I miscarriaging

I understand your concern.
* scanty bleeding for two months followed by heavy bleeding does suggest abortion in fertile age.The pregnancy test you carried out had very faint lines-
-may be because it was done too early ( home pregnancy test of urine is sensitive after 8 days of expected menses)
- Or the slight bleeding you had polluted the urine sample giving a false +ve result.
*Now the heavy bleeding follows 2 months of scanty bleeding- so if at all pregnancy is being aborted it can be noted by-
- internal examination by an expert gynecologist/ USG scan . This will confirm abortion process.

* In absence of pregnancy, the irregularity on menstrual cycle can be due to various causes like- sever anemia, convalescence, thyroid or ovary problems, PCOD.
These need to be investigated /diagnosed/ treated under gynecologist's care.
