I am a 34 years old woman (no children). I had my menstruations recently and it was quite painful to walk. Every time I stepped, it felt like an electric current went through my feet. My left foot seemed to be the one affected the more. Is this a sign of lack of some kind of vitamin/mineral ? My menstruations tend to be very heavy and painful.
