Can Heavy Menstruation Cause High Liver Enzymes And Cholesterol?

hi> i have just been diagnosed with elevated liver enzymes. My doctor took additional blood test to make sure I did not have hepatitis and today I found out the blood test for the hepatitis was negative. I also had a ultrasound and the results showed a slightly enlarged spleen and liver. My kidney test of the BUN and CR were normal. my alkphosphatase was normal and my hct and hemoglobin was normal.i do have elevated cholesterol and triglycerides. I have also benn diagnosed with elevated glucose with a HgbA1C of 9.3. i am also going through some gyn problems of heavy bleeding andhave been scheduled for a d&c on the 24th. I was wondering if the gyn and the glucose with the cholesterol condition can play a part in all this. just looking for some education. i do have great doctors .
