Can Heavy Periods Be Because Of Ovarian Cyst?

Dear Dr,
I am 40 years old, trying to conceive for the past two years, one miscarriage in 2013 and no success since.
I have pain that stops me during ovulation, so painful I have to kneel on the floor. My periods are becoming heavier and more painful, always feel as if I need to urinate, I will get up at least twice a night for the loo. I have a worry it could be an ovarian cyst? Please can you help settle my mind before my appointment in two weeks,
Many thanks

Good day!
You are suffering from menorrhagia and dysmenorrhea. it needs a gynecologist consult to sort out the etiology as there is multidimensional.
good luck
