Can High BP And Stress Lead To Heart Attack?
Hi, I have been tracking my blood pressure for the last 4 days and it is high. it started with 148/95, and then it hit to 152/100. today it was 154/110
i'm under a lot of stress. does that have anything to do with it.. AM i going to have a heart attack. i'm 41yrs old and indian male

Yes stress cause bp to raise therefore i request you to stop getting stressed and enjoy your life regarding heart attack no body can confirm you the time you have before heart attack
