Can High BP Cause Nosebleeds And Headaches?

I have been very stressed over the past week or two, too a breaking point. After losing it , yelling , I have had 4 nosebleeds, with headache afterward. Is this because of high BP my BP is usually 110/70...I have never had this problem before.
I know how to relax, and breathe, but still I find myself more stressed than usual...it just spirals.

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Yes… High BP can cause headache and nosebleeds / but it is not common!
The usual cause for nosebleed is weakness of blood vessels in the septum of nose (Little’s plexus) / picking the nose precipitates… Application of ice and packing help
Psychological assessment and assistance may benefit your tension headache…
See an Internist / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigation may be necessary...

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
