Can High Blood Pressure Lead To Giddiness, Acute Headache, Neck Pain And Eye Problems ?

My mother is having giddiness, acute headache, backside of the neck pain, and right eye has turned towards right side. when consulted one eye surgeon in nearby hospital they said there could be some damage happened in the head nerves due to high blood pressure. what shall we do now.please suggest

High B.P. can cause all these symptoms;Hypertension is effectively controllable with regular medication and frequent monitoring.A scan of the head can decide about any damage to the nerve or the related brain area ,also ophthalmoscopy now and on regular intervals is required.management of HTN requires regular monitoring of Kidney and heart function tests.
