Can High Blood Pressure Lead To Heaviness And Discomfort In Head?

My blood pressure has been normal. Recently in the afternoon, I always feel my head heavy and uncomfortable and I measure my blood pressure, it is always around 118/85. But in the morning it is normal about 117/75. do I have high blood pressure? Thank you.

Blood pressure at c level of 118/85 is not hypertension. Yes hypertension can cause heaviness and discomfort in head.
Get your blood pressure examined by medical personnel for proper estimation.
