Can Hip/groin Pain, Loss Of Appetite, And Bowel Issues Be Related To Stress And Anxiety?

I have hip/groin pain its a dull ache its in the right side also I have a loss of appetite can this be caused by the pain and stress/anxiety as I have health anxiety also I m having bowel problems yesterday(when the pain began) I felt the need to poo but couldn t and today I went but it was small pieces. And I took anadrin extra it was a version you put in water then drink i had it on a empty stomach will this cause problems and will I be ok
